Apstec Systems was launching operations in Finland and needed a partner to support their international growth strategy. The transition required Apstec to be able to employ staff in Finland, and they also wanted assistance with integrating employees arriving from abroad.

Relocation began before arrival

The relocation service started before employees arrived in Finland with an initial assessment, where core and additional services related to relocation were agreed upon. Barona’s experts handled all preparations: they applied for necessary residence permits and registration of residence rights, booked appointments with authorities, and guided employees through the process.

Smooth arrival and settling into daily life

Registering address and municipality
Familiarization with Finnish social security
Applying for Kela card and European Health Insurance Card
