Frequently asked questions about outplacement and redundancy support
Finnish transition security legislation requires employers to provide statutory transition security when a company regularly employs at least 30 people, the employee has been continuously employed for at least five years, and dismissals are due to production-related and financial reasons. Employees aged 55 or over who have been in continuous employment for at least five years are entitled to extended transition security. Transition security services can also be provided in situations where there is no statutory obligation, for example in smaller organisations or individual cases. We tailor our services to meet the needs and values of each organisation, from individual cases to larger groups.
