In staffing, Barona acts as the employer and takes care of all employment-related matters, such as payroll and occupational health. In recruitment, we find a candidate to become a direct employee of your company.
Yes. Many of our clients use staffing as part of ongoing workforce planning and resourcing. The service scales to suit both short and long-term needs.
Yes. Many of our clients hire temporary workers on a permanent basis once the need becomes established and the person has proven to be a good fit.
In many cases, we find a suitable person on the same day through our own candidate pool. Sometimes a need calls for a broader search, in which case the timeline is agreed together.
