Works embedded with our business teams, turning real operational problems into working AI and software solutions in weeks, then staying on to build the proven ones for good.
Builds the durable, high-quality systems St1 runs on, and helps rethink how software engineering itself is done in the age of AI.
Owns the AI platform, tooling, and guardrails that make AI work reliably across St1, and is our sharpest technical voice on where AI is heading.
Leads our platform engineering team by example, owning the cloud and infrastructure foundation everything runs on, and bringing the team into new, AI-assisted ways of working.
Takes ownership of cybersecurity across St1’s operational technology, from the Gothenburg refinery to the retail network, setting the standards and making them real on site.
Owns the strategy and rollout of a unified ITSM platform across the group, leading the cultural change that makes it stick, not just the tool.
Shapes St1’s CRM approach and delivers Salesforce solutions hands-on, helping business teams adopt genuinely better ways of working.
